A Reflexology treatment costs £25.00, and will last for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The first treatment will be longer as a full medical history is taken.

A little about Me
My name is Claire Benton. I am a fully trained Reflexologist working in Paignton, Devon. I qualified with Jane Holt at the South Devon School of Reflexology to 'ABC Level 3 Diploma' in 2008.
I am also a member of the Association of Reflexologists who established in 1984. All AoR members must work to a strict code of ethics, adhere to certain practices, have accredited qualifications and be fully insured.

A Personal View
Many years ago I suffered a bout of depression and was recommended a local Reflexologist by a friend, I eventually undertook some treament as a last resort, it worked and I now know if I had only tried Reflexology sooner I needn't have suffered for quite so long. The experience encouraged my interest in holistic therapy and spurred me on to train in the therapy.
My sole interest in this work is to help heal people. I believe whole heartedly in the therapy of Reflexology and am still constantly amazed how powerful it is as a healing tool, but it works, as my clients testimonials will confirm for you.
I continue to have regular Reflexology myself to help keep my body healthy and relaxed and my mind balanced and positive.
